400+ cases funded since 2010. You do not pick a patient. Your gift joins the shared case fund — Board and staff allocate to verified ExJAMs. Payments go to hospitals and institutions, not through a member's hands.
Why there is no case picker
Medical and hardship details are private. Members submit cases in the portal for staff and Board review. Published impact uses anonymised outcomes and audited aggregates — never a live catalogue for giving.
