You may share our published content for non-commercial, editorial, or journalistic purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce content for commercial use without written permission from the Foundation.
ExJAM provides this website on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of content at all times. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
ExJAM is a humanitarian funding body, not a medical or healthcare provider. The Foundation's role is limited to financial assistance toward approved cases. All clinical decisions — including choice of treatment, surgical procedures, medication, and post-treatment care — are made solely by the treating medical professionals and the patient. ExJAM accepts no liability for medical or surgical outcomes, treatment complications, delays in care, or any adverse health event arising from a case the Foundation has funded or considered for funding.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered members. The current version of these Terms is always available at this URL. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
