ExJAM Foundation Marks Sixteen Years of Service
The ExJAM Humanitarian Foundation celebrates 15 years of supporting alumni members and their families through health, education, and welfare interventions.

The Foundation held its Annual General Meeting in February 2025. Members ratified the 2024 audited accounts and re-confirmed the Board of Trustees for the current term.
The 2024 financial year saw 43 cases assessed by the board. Of those, 38 were approved and paid — 28 medical, 6 education, 4 welfare. Total disbursements: ₦47.2 million, paid directly to hospitals, schools, and service providers.
The board also approved an increase to the monthly contribution threshold, effective Q2 2025. Members were notified by email prior to the AGM.
Audited accounts for 2024 are available on the Financials page. Physical copies can be requested by email at info@exjamfoundation.org.

ExJAM Ambassadors are members who volunteer to refer and support fellow alumni — connecting those in need with the Foundation's programmes and helping the network grow.

At its December sitting, the Board of Trustees approved updated eligibility criteria for welfare applications. The revisions extend coverage to dependent parents of members and simplify the documentation process for emergency requests.
