Annual General Meeting: Board Approved for 2025
The Board of Trustees was confirmed at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Governance documents are available to all active members on request.

The ExJAM Humanitarian Foundation reached its 16th anniversary in 2026 — sixteen years of funding medical care, education, and welfare for members of the Air Force Military School alumni community and their immediate families.
Since founding in 2010, the Foundation has processed over 400 cases. Every naira donated passes directly to hospitals, universities, and welfare recipients. No administrative overhead is charged. No intermediary holds funds. The GTB corporate account — 0121025547 — is open to member inspection at any time.
The Foundation began with 12 members. It now spans 8 chapters across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. The board has published an audited annual report every year since founding.
In a message to members, Board Chair Kola Rasheed wrote: "Fifteen years. More than 400 cases funded. Not one naira unaccounted for. That is the only metric that matters."

ExJAM Ambassadors are members who volunteer to refer and support fellow alumni — connecting those in need with the Foundation's programmes and helping the network grow.

At its December sitting, the Board of Trustees approved updated eligibility criteria for welfare applications. The revisions extend coverage to dependent parents of members and simplify the documentation process for emergency requests.
